Key Responsibilities Assist the BDM in planning and executing marketing and business development strategies Identify potential clients through research calls and networking Maintain and update leads database and track follow-ups Support in preparing proposals presentations and marketing materials Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements Assist in organizing promotional activities events and campaigns Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Report daily weekly progress to the BDM Key Skills Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field 0-2 years of experience in sales marketing freshers can apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under guidance Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools Enthusiasm to learn and grow in business development Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Paid time off
