We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our IT company The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth by promoting our products and services Key Responsibilities Identify generate and qualify new business leads in domestic and international markets Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets Conduct market research to understand customer needs industry trends and competitive landscape Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Prepare proposals presentations and service agreements tailored to client requirements Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree 1 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in the IT sector Strong understanding of software solutions SaaS IT services or digital technologies Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently Willingness to travel all over Kerala Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Language English Preferred Work Location In person
