Job Description Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) - Outbound Lead Generation Shift Timings: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST (Nigh shift) Experience Required: MBA Fresher with internship experience or 1 year experience in outbound Lead Gen , preferably with AI exposure Candidate Requirements: Familiarity with AI tools for sales outreach Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and current B2B sales trends Excellent problem-solving and objection-handling skills Solid verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, results-driven, and enthusiastic Team player with a high level of integrity and professionalism Educational Qualifications: Preferably an MBA in Marketing or IT Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, CRM tools/platforms are highly desirable Special Skill Sets Required: Proven experience in outbound lead generation, bench sales, or working with outsourcing/digital marketing agencies, know about CRM. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the digital marketing industry, market trends, and client behavior Highly process-driven with reporting habits (daily, weekly, monthly) Self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Proficiency in: LinkedIn outreach , Email drafting (personalized, targeted communication) Cold calling , Ai experience in Outbound Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities): Generate 810 qualified leads (booked meetings) per month Conduct personalized outreach via 3040 emails/LinkedIn messages daily Make 3040 cold/warm calls per day to qualify prospects Identify and reach out to key decision-makers and influencers Assist the sales team with follow-ups and closures Draft strategic responses addressing the prospects pain points Manage and maintain outreach records using the company's CRM Develop and maintain an email template library Submit structured daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
