HR Recruiter Company Eventrics Multi Tasking Solutions Private Limited Location Singrauli Salary 10 000 - 20 000 per month Experience Minimum 6 months as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role Job Summary We are seeking a driven and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in Singrauli The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding to help our clients find the best talent This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting people with great career opportunities Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing Use various channels including job portals social media platforms and professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates Candidate Screening Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications skills and cultural fit Interviewing Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and present a shortlist of qualified individuals to clients Client Coordination Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with their requirements Recruitment Administration Maintain an organized database of candidate information update job descriptions and track recruitment metrics Offer and Onboarding Assist in the offer negotiation process and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires Qualifications and Skills Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment preferably within a recruitment agency Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously Proficiency in using resume databases and applicant tracking systems ATS is a plus Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 10 333 58 - 20 870 70 per month Benefits Health insurance Language English Preferred Work Location In person
