The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fill open positions within the organization. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.2. Communicate effectively with candidates regarding application status, interview schedules, and job offers.3. Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.Hiring Manager Support1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and preferences.2. Provide guidance on recruitment processes and procedures.3. Ensure hiring managers are equipped with necessary tools and information for effective interviewing.Data Management and Reporting1. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (., time-to-hire, source-to-hire).2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.3.
