About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our team The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the overall HR functions including recruitment employee engagement payroll compliance and day-to-day HR operations This role requires strong interpersonal skills a problem-solving attitude and the ability to maintain a healthy work environment Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing screening interviewing and hiring Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs Employee Relations Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns Organize employee engagement activities team-building sessions and cultural events HR Operations Compliance Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist in payroll processing and attendance management Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and statutory requirements PF ESIC Gratuity etc Performance Management Support the performance appraisal process and maintain feedback systems Work with managers to identify training needs and coordinate learning programs Policy Process Management Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures Ensure adherence to company policies and a positive workplace culture Requirements Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field Proven experience as HR Executive HR Assistant or in a similar role Strong knowledge of HR functions labor laws and statutory compliances Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint knowledge of HRMS is a plus Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity What We Offer Competitive salary package Growth and learning opportunities in a supportive environment Exposure to end-to-end HR functions Employee-friendly policies and work culture Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 6 000 00 - 8 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Language English Preferred Work Location In person
