Job Profile - Human Resources Prefer only Male Job Location-Kolhapur Job Overview The HR is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization This role involves managing recruitment employee relations performance management training and development policy implementation and ensuring compliance with legal regulations The HR will also serve as a strategic partner to the management team ensuring that the workforce aligns with the organization s goals Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Staffing Lead the recruitment process including creating job descriptions posting job openings screening candidates and conducting interviews Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention Oversee on boarding and orientation for new employees 2 Employee Relations Act as the main point of contact for employee-related concerns and resolve conflicts effectively Foster a positive and inclusive work environment Manage employee engagement programs and initiatives 3 Performance Management Design and implement performance management systems Support managers in setting employee goals and conducting performance appraisals Provide coaching and guidance to employees for professional development 4 Training Development Identify training needs and implement development programs for employees Manage and coordinate internal and external training sessions Promote continuous learning within the organization 5 Policy Development Compliance Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with local state and federal regulations Advise management on policy matters and legal implications Manage employee handbook updates and communication of policy changes 6 Compensation Benefits Administer the company s compensation and benefits programs Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive pay practices Manage employee benefits including health insurance retirement plans and other perks 7 HR Analytics Reporting Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover rates employee satisfaction and workforce productivity Utilize data to make informed decisions regarding HR strategies 8 Compliance Safety Ensure the organization complies with labour laws and employment standards Oversee health and safety initiatives including training and risk assessments Manage workers compensation claims and processes Experience Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role 0 to 9 years of experience preferred In-depth knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and labour regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism Proficiency with HR software e g HRIS payroll systems Education Education Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Master s degree preferred Only Male Candidate Preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Education Master s Preferred Work Location In person
