We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on performance to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
