Key Responsibilities

Set sales targets and develop actionable sales strategies that drive revenue for residential, commercial, or project-based real estate sales.
Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching and training to sales agents to improve efficiency and skills.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
Represent the company at industry events and networking activities to promote business growth and brand awareness.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market research to adapt strategies as needed.
Coordinate with marketing teams to plan events and advertising, and oversee the execution of sale campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar sales management role in the real estate industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and train sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, projects, property laws, and current trends.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite for tracking sales data and preparing reports.
Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and manage resources effectively.
Additional Requirements
Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in real estate sales management or as a senior member of a sales team.
Knowledge of government policies, real estate transaction procedures, and local property valuation.
Professional, well-groomed appearance and a client-centric, proactive attitude.
