We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to foster relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage and lead a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-9 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategy.
