Job Title Store Manager - Pune- Experience 6 - 10 years - Location Pune - Department Retail Sales- Reports To Sales Director Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Jewelry Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewelry exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in retail sales management This role involves overseeing staff driving sales maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring an outstanding customer experience Key Responsibilities Sales Customer Service - Achieve or exceed monthly and annual store sales goals - Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships - Handle high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism - Handle high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism - Resolve customer complaints and ensure overall client satisfaction Team Leadership - Recruit train supervise and motivate store staff - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for development - Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage Store Operations - Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures - Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels - Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and security standards - Coordinate with vendors and manage repairs special orders and consignments Visual Merchandising Presentation - Maintain high standards for store appearance and product displays - Implement seasonal and promotional merchandising strategies - Ensure all jewelry is properly tagged clean and attractively displayed Administrative Duties - Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales reports - Manage store budget and expenses - Coordinate with head office or regional management on marketing inventory and staffing Requirements - 3 years of retail management experience preferably in luxury or jewelry retail - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Sales-driven with a deep understanding of clientele and relationship selling - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in POS systems Microsoft Office and retail management software - Knowledge of gemstones diamonds and precious metals is a plus - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Preferred Attributes - Strong understanding of fine jewelry precious metals and gemstones - High emotional intelligence and client-centric approach ref updazz com
