We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) associate - Manual to write and execute test cases to verify the functionality of the software. You will need a high level of understanding of software development and know different ways to test components in a range of scenarios. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics. You will be looking after creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases including estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities with multiple teams and project status reporting.

**Qualification**:

- Should be able to author test strategy, test plan, design test cases, review the test cases
- Hands on experience of SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle and various testing phases
- Strong Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Hands on experience of defect management and test management tools, writing test documentation, requirement review and creating bug reports
- Ability to design and execute test plans for individual modules of software and system
- Proficiency in manual web/mobile/API/requirements testing
- Hands on experience into troubleshooting and debugging
- Thorough understanding of both Agile methodology and cross-functional testing
- Ability to train and mentor junior teammates
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills along with good stakeholder management skills
- Experience in multi-platform testing (desktop, tablet, mobile) and multi-browser testing
- BE/ ME / BCA / MCA/ BTech or an equivalent degree

Nice To Have:

- Experience with performance and/or security testing
- Knowledge of mobile automation testing tools
