We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) associate to develop and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality. QA Associate responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will be looking after creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases including estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities with multiple teams and project status reporting.

**Qualification:
- Should be able to author test strategy, test plan, design test cases, review the test cases and automate the test cycle process
- Hands on experience of SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle and various testing phases
- Hands on experience of defect management and test management tools
- Hands on experience into troubleshooting and debugging
- Thorough understanding of both Agile methodology and cross-functional testing
- Ability to train and mentor junior teammates
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills along with good stakeholder management skills
- BE/ ME / BCA / MCA/ BTech or an equivalent degree

**Nice To Have:
- Experience of automation testing using Selenium, API testing
- Experience in setting up an automation framework
- Experience in performance testing
