**Better requires process discipline and simplification**

You need to be proficient at decomposing requirements and developing test automation/manual scripts for projects of simple to high complexity. You will practice automation development efficiency, maintainability, and reusability and need to have a good understanding of software quality best practices, test case -development, test case deployment and execution, test data, defect tracking, and test automation; actively participates in process improvements. You will demonstrate a mature and sophisticated approach to problem-solving along with effectively collaborating and communicating with teams.
