We are looking for freethinkers, who can distill clarity from chaos

We’re in search of a UX designer who is research driven. You will be working with other designers and cross-functional team members, therefore relying on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions. You should be capable of empathizing with users and providing simplified solutions. Your job entails adhering to the UX strategy in order to satisfy consumer needs while also achieving company goals within set timelines. At Left Right Mind you’ll get to work with enterprise clients and help create customer centric designs in a collaborative workspace.

**Must-haves**
- 2-5 years of experience shipping products in a design servicing/product/software environment
- Strong awareness of UX approaches and methodologies - **research, interviews, personas, user stories, task analysis, sitemap, wireframing and prototyping.**:

- Also design journey maps, navigation design, sitemaps, information architecture, and more to support the end-to-end user experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to **perform tasks independently **as well as motivating team members to take ownership in their respective work areas
- Comfortable working in a team and **confidence in taking part in interviews, workshops and interactions with clients**:

- Ability to question and challenge briefs, and **solve design problems creatively**:

- Ability to successfully manage **multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment and changing priorities**:

- **Attention **to detail and basic typographic and colour sensibilities
- Continually keep yourself and your team updated with the latest changes in the industry’s standards.
- Be a strong advocate for putting **users at the center **of digital experiences that we design
- Proficient in **Figma and Adobe XD**:

- You are familiar with human interface guideline specifications relevant to iOS, Android & Responsive Web Platform
- No formal education requirements but a strong portfolio you can showcase
- This is a **full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra **. But we’re open to a remote position as long as you fit the above requirements.

**Nice-to-haves**
- A grasp of CSS, Javascript, HTML5, and front-end development trends is a plus
