We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, business growth, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in IT sales and the eCommerce domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in generating new business opportunities through research, outreach, and lead qualification.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Learn and understand B2B sales strategies, lead generation techniques, and sales closure mechanisms.
- Collaborate with internal teams including technical, pre-sales, and project management to assist in preparing and presenting tailored solutions.
- Participate in the proposal creation process and help respond to client queries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, especially in IT services and eCommerce solutions.
Key Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow in IT sales and business development.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in B2B sales and the eCommerce industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Internship or academic project experience in IT sales or business development (if any) is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales platforms is an added advantage.
