Job profile Overview
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our sales team in multiple locations across India. The ideal candidate will focus on IT Sales and Digital Marketing Services, acquiring new clients, building strong business relationships, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.
Job Details
- Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales
- Work Location: Chandigarh (15), Jaipur (15), Kanpur(15), Lucknow (15),
- Open Positions: 60
- Salary range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
- Target: 72 units per month / Minimum ₹6,00,000 per month revenue
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Generate leads via networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Client Acquisition
- Present and demonstrate services & solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve targets.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Target Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Develop strategies to boost sales performance.
- Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions.
- Share insights and suggestions for service improvement.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance and progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in Sales, digital marketing, IT/software, or related services).
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, IT, and website solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
