Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our immigration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling clients on immigration opportunities, and converting inquiries into successful applications to achieve company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, and online platforms.
  • Counsel clients on immigration services such as study visas, PR, work permits, and visitor visas.
  • Handle inbound/outbound inquiries and convert them into successful closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and referrals.
  • Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Keep records of client interactions and maintain data in CRM.
  • Stay updated on immigration policies, visa processes, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development (immigration industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes for clients.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
