We are now expanding our product line to include advanced touch POS systems, POS software solutions, and accessories, aiming to strengthen our footprint across India through a robust channel and institutional network. Role Overview We are seeking a Sales Manager (East & North-East) to lead our business growth across the Eastern region. The role involves driving dealer development, driving dealer sales and developing institutional/ government sales while ensuring market expansion, sales performance, and channel profitability. The candidate will act as the regional business ownerresponsible for revenue growth, dealer engagement and brand representation in the region. Key Responsibilities - Develop, manage, and grow a strong dealer/distributor network across Eastern India. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives. - Identify and onboard new channel partners and institutional customers. - Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market intelligence to guide strategy. - Conduct regular market visits to support channel partners and ensure secondary sales. - Collaborate with marketing and service teams for regional campaigns, demos, and exhibitions. - Prepare monthly sales forecasts, performance reports, and collection updates. - Lead, train, and motivate field executives and local representatives. - Ensure adherence to company's credit policies, commercial terms, and reporting structures.
