What Will You Do?Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Aftermarket & Business Development- East
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead aftermarket growth and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory(Eastern Region) . This role demands a deep understanding of the regional market landscape, strong key account management capabilities, and exceptional sales and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be adapt at building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and driving strategic sales initiatives.
Identify and evaluate potential clients, projects, and market opportunities within the territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in both aftermarket and new business segments
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organizations
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and value propositions tailored to client needs
- Lead contract negotiations and finalize commercial agreements
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth targets
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance visibility and generate leads
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Facilitate vendor registrations and proactively channel opportunities through appropriate internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Business Units and Solutions Managers to develop tailored technical solutions for clients
- Bachelor's degree in business, Mechanical Engineering(preffered).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the assigned territory
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CRM)
- Familiarity with specific oil & gas equipment, services, or aftermarket solutions
