Job Description Role & Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth market intelligence and competitor analysis to support business strategy - Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and enter new market segments - Lead the national sales and marketing efforts with a focus on high-value OEM accounts - Establish strong relationships with key OEM customers and ensure long-term business growth - Define sales targets and implement plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals - Monitor overall sales performance and profitability metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, and finance to align product offerings and pricing strategies with market needs - Lead and mentor regional and zonal sales managers, ensuring team capability development and performance management - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and OEM forums to enhance brand presence and generate new business leads - Provide regular reporting to the leadership team on sales forecasts, market insights, and strategic opportunities
