Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist (Automotive Lubricant Division) located in New Delhi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, they will be involved in training the sales team, conducting market research, developing marketing campaigns, and enhancing product visibility in the market.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to provide effective Training to the sales team
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
