Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hubli / Belgaum / Hospet / Ballari. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, attending meetings with potential clients, preparing presentations and proposals, and analyzing data to make informed decisions. Qualifications - Strong understanding of business development, sales, and marketing principles - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to conduct market research and gather business intelligence - Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools - Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically - Experience in analyzing data and delivering actionable insights - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Experience with Zoho and Tally is a plus
