We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our team in Aero City The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in sales preferably within the automobile industry This role involves handling inbound inquiries providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and follow-up Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone email and chat Provide detailed information about our automobile products and services Sales Conversion Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions Convert leads into sales by addressing questions overcoming objections and closing deals Product Knowledge Maintain in-depth knowledge of our automobile offerings including features benefits and pricing Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products Lead Management Capture and record customer information accurately in the CRM system Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth sales process and address any additional needs or concerns Customer Service Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process Handle customer queries and issues with professionalism and efficiency Sales Targets Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Report on sales performance and contribute to overall sales goals Collaboration Work closely with other sales and marketing team members to share insights and improve sales strategies Participate in team meetings and training sessions Qualifications Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales preferably in the automobile industry Education Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets - Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Attributes - Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What We Offer - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives - Comprehensive benefits package - Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment - Career development and training opportunities ref updazz com
