Job Title Sales ManagerLocation Hybrid New Delhi Kashmere GateExperience 3-4 Years in SDR Sales rolesJob Type Full-TimeAbout UsWe are a fast-growing SaaS company helping businesses enhance their sales communication by integrating WhatsApp with CRMs Our platform is built to simplify workflows improve response times and increase conversions We re now looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Manager to lead and scale our Sales Development efforts Role OverviewWe re seeking a Sales Manager who has recently stepped into leadership and thrives on taking initiative This role is perfect for someone with 3-4 years of experience in sales development who is now leading a team while continuing to contribute individually in the early stages You ll work closely with the sales team oversee daily SDR operations and drive process improvements to optimize team performance Key Responsibilities- Manage and support a team of SDRs across various sales channels inbound outbound and follow-ups - Actively participate in SDR activities-initially working alongside the team on lead generation qualification and handoff - Develop and refine processes for lead management follow-up workflows and qualification standards - Monitor key SDR metrics create performance reports and ensure goal alignment - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and targeting - Coach mentor and develop SDRs through regular feedback performance tracking and training - Help recruit onboard and train new SDRs to support scaling efforts Requirements- 3-4 years of experience in Sales Development or similar roles with recent exposure to team leadership - Hands-on approach with the ability to work alongside the team while managing them - Strong command and confidence in leading coaching and optimizing performance - Comfortable working in the LATAM timezone - Process-oriented with a passion for building and improving sales workflows - Energetic curious and open to continuous learning - Background in tech or engineering B Tech preferred -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills- Experience using CRMs and sales tools HubSpot Salesforce etc - Understanding of both inbound and outbound sales processes - Exposure to LATAM markets or multilingual communication a plus ref updazz com
