We are seeking a passionate and driven Ad Sales professional to grow revenue and strengthen advertiser relationships across our Women's, Children's, and General Interest verticals (Grihshobha, Champak, Sarita, Saras Salil, Manohar Kahaniyan, Farm n Food).

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ad sales revenue through print, digital, and event platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to create customized brand solutions.
  • Achieve revenue targets consistently while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in media ad sales.
  • Strong understanding of advertising and media planning.
  • Existing relationships with advertisers and agencies will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
