About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Ads Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads, a data-first mindset, and the ability to develop and execute high-impact ad strategies.

You'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to run, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns that drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.


• Analyze campaign performance data and make data-backed decisions to improve ROI and reduce CPA.


• Develop comprehensive ad strategies, including targeting, creative direction, bidding, and budget allocation.


• Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to refine campaign performance.


• Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment of visuals and messaging with campaign goals.


• Monitor, report, and present performance metrics to internal stakeholders regularly.


• Maintain awareness of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements


• 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media management.


• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including advanced targeting and analytics tools.


• Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable campaign results.


• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.


• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.


• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet tight deadlines.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Experience in the digital marketing industry or working with digital-first brands is a plus.
