We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping brands scale through innovative strategies and performance-driven campaigns. We are seeking an experienced Social Ads Manager to lead and manage paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) for both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and ecommerce sales.
  • Manage advertising campaigns for B2B and B2C brands across different industries.
  • Monitor performance, analyse key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct audience research, creative testing, and ad copy optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Manage multiple projects, including international clients and accounts.
  • Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in both lead generation and ecommerce-focused campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, and analytics tools.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory.
  • Experience handling international clients/projects.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver performance-driven results.
  • Delhi-based candidates only (onsite role).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
