About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager & Influencer Handler to manage our social media campaigns and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SMM, Meta Suite, Google Ads, and influencer engagement, with a strong ability to negotiate, strategize, and grow organic followers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Run and optimize Meta Suite campaigns and Google Ads for paid promotions and lead generation.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers for brand collaborations.
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and deliverables with influencers to ensure mutual value.
  • Monitor influencer content for quality, engagement, and brand alignment.
  • Build and execute strategies to grow organic followers and enhance audience engagement.
  • Track and report on social media and influencer campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Social Media Management (SMM) and Influencer Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong negotiation skills for influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • Ability to grow and manage organic followers strategically.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset to track metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Influencer Marketing is a plus.

Salary: 15,000-18,000 Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
