Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales professional in Investment Banking, located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This person will oversee customer service operations, train new sales staff, and ensure effective communication within the sales team. Additionally, the role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to develop and deliver effective Training programs for new sales staff
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the investment banking industry is a plus
