Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. - Knowledge of insurance products and services is preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
