Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Caller at MarkCos Agency. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our marketing and branding solutions, and setting up meetings. Daily tasks include making calls, following up on leads, updating contact information, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make cold calls and handle rejection professionally
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent
