Skills and Qualifications - Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients. - Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the insurance or financial services sector. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market conditions and agency performance. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other management tools to streamline operations. - A relevant degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
