We're looking for a AGM of Sales to drive key accounts and business development for our module sales in the Western region. This role is crucial for expanding our presence in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh (excluding the Gwalior region), Goa, and eventually Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Sales: Drive sales and business development efforts within designated key accounts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across the assigned territories.
- Negotiation & Closure: Lead techno-commercial negotiations to successfully close high-value deals and achieve sales targets.
- Margin Management: Focus on maximizing profit margins for all sales and projects.

Required Skills & Experience

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (First Class) from a reputable college, coupled with an MBA.
- Experience: 12–15 years of experience in corporate selling and business development, with a strong focus on high-value products. Experience in selling PV modules is essential.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver high-impact presentations.
- Language: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven ability to network effectively within the Solar PV industry.
- Core Competencies: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. You must be adept at handling objections and managing your time effectively.
