We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic 1 year experienced B2C Sales Executive to join our team Experience 1 year to 4 years of experience Salary 15K to 30K Depends on skills Work Location Anna Nagar Chennai Near to Thirumangalam Metro Working Days 5 Days 1st 3rd Saturday is fixed off All Sunday fixed off Work Timings 10 AM to 7 PMKey Responsibilities - Actively reach out to researchers academicians and students via phone email WhatsApp and social media to promote participation in IFERP events and services - Understand customer needs and guide them toward suitable conferences journals or research support services - Achieve monthly individual sales targets registrations upselling premium services etc - Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into confirmed participants - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions inquiries and transactions in CRM tools - Handle objections and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Build long-term relationships with individual participants for repeat engagement Key Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Communication or related field - 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales preferably in academic events edtech or training domains - Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills - Proficiency in using CRM tools Microsoft Office and online communication platforms - Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads simultaneously - Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset ref updazz com
