Partnerships Manager Job Overview This role involves developing and implementing strategic partnerships in accordance with company s overall objective goals and strategies The individual will be independently driving discussions to conclusion and closely work with senior stakeholders across functions to implement the objective of partnerships Responsibilities Duties 1 Work closely with Content Partners Journalists Media Entertainment partners 2 Negotiate and maintain mutually beneficial agreements that are in line with business objectives and strategy 3 Develop and guide new projects to create deepening relationships with existing as well as new partners across geographies 4 Create and forecast metrics to measure Return on Investment from partnerships 5 Work with internal and external teams to run partnership discussions end to end to assess new opportunities in line with organizational goals 6 Create roadmap and execution plans including structures for negotiation and closure of partnerships 7 Coordinate across functions like support service and management to manage key collaterals and deliverables as per the agreements Skills Qualifications 1 Prior experience in a similar role with a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships 2 Experience in stakeholder management and ability to manage clients independently 3 Strong networking and negotiating skills 4 Excellent problem-solving communication interpersonal skills 5 Experience working with a Digital Media Publisher preferably in the content space
