Partnerships – Sr Associate - 4 to 6 years experience.

Work location: Chennai, Hyderabad and New Delhi

Objective

To drive the growth, sustainability, and strategic alignment of organizational partnerships and funding initiatives in line with Thuvakkam's Funding Code and Partnership Framework.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership

  2. Develop and implement strategies for partnership growth, success, and retention.

  3. Ensure alignment with Thuvakkam's Funding Code and Partnership Framework.

  4. Lead business presentations and leadership communications with ethical standards.

  5. Compliance and Regulatory Expertise

  6. Demonstrate expertise in Section 135, Schedule VII, and the latest CSR regulations and guidelines.

  7. Ensure preparedness and adherence to onboarding and donor compliance requirements.
  8. Negotiate and manage compliance clauses in MoUs and onboarding processes on behalf of the organization.

  9. Maintain strict data confidentiality in all partnership and funding operations.

  10. Fundraising and Proposal Development

  11. Lead grant writing and proposal development for funding opportunities.

  12. Represent the organization in fundraising initiatives and strategy development.
  13. Collaborate with the President for retail fundraising and with the Executive Director on framework upgrades.

  14. Work closely with branding and marketing teams to enhance fundraising visibility and engagement.

  15. Coordination and Communication

  16. Liaise with project and program teams to effectively communicate impact and outcomes.

  17. Coordinate with administrative and finance teams for operational and financial clarity.

  18. Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless implementation of partnership strategies.

  19. Values and Organizational Culture

  20. Uphold the organization's core values of integrity, transparency, and community trust.

  21. Promote and cultivate these values among team members.

Reporting to: Executive Director

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
