Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation Strategy Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients in BFSI Technology and Insurance - Market Research Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends opportunities and potential clients ensuring the sales team has a robust pipeline of prospects - Client Outreach Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels including networking events webinars and social media to establish relationships and generate interest - Collaboration with Sales Team Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and support them in converting leads into opportunities - Relationship Building Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target industries to foster trust and facilitate business growth - Performance Metrics Establish and monitor key performance indicators KPIs related to lead generation and conversion rates providing regular reports to senior management - Training and Enablement Support the sales team with training and resources related to lead generation tactics and best practices enabling them to maximize their effectiveness Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Master s degree preferred -12 years of experience in pre-sales business development or lead generation within IT ITES companies particularly in BFSI fast-growing tech - Proven track record in successfully generating leads and driving growth initiatives - Strong understanding of BPO and BPM services and how they apply to various industries - Excellent communication networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels ref updazz com
