Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive – B2B to drive corporate client engagement, lead qualification, and program enrollments. The role requires a professional with strong consultative selling skills, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build trusted relationships with HR, L&D, and business decision-makers. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete inside sales cycle – from lead generation, qualification, generating meetings, follow-ups, and closure.

  • Engage with HR, L&D heads, and business leaders to understand organizational learning needs.

  • Deliver excellent client presentations, compelling program overviews, and consultative discussions tailored to corporate needs.

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate interest and drive enrollments.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for repeat and long-term business.

  • Collaborate with Events and Marketing teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interaction.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B client engagement, or corporate partnerships (preferably in Executive Education, EdTech, L&D, or Corporate Training).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.

  • Ability to influence decision-makers and close sales in a consultative selling environment.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration platforms will be an advantage.
