Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive – B2B to drive corporate client engagement, lead qualification, and program enrollments. The role requires a professional with strong consultative selling skills, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build trusted relationships with HR, L&D, and business decision-makers. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete inside sales cycle – from lead generation, qualification, generating meetings, follow-ups, and closure.
Engage with HR, L&D heads, and business leaders to understand organizational learning needs.
Deliver excellent client presentations, compelling program overviews, and consultative discussions tailored to corporate needs.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate interest and drive enrollments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for repeat and long-term business.
Collaborate with Events and Marketing teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interaction.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
1–3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B client engagement, or corporate partnerships (preferably in Executive Education, EdTech, L&D, or Corporate Training).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
Ability to influence decision-makers and close sales in a consultative selling environment.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with virtual collaboration platforms will be an advantage.
