**Job Description: Inside Sales Executive, Preferably Female**

**Position**: Inside Sales Executive
**Salary**: ₹25,000
**Experience**: 2-3 years
**Location**: Bengaluru

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- Generate leads through various platforms like, Lusha, LinkedIn, online forums, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT device rental solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of computers, laptops, and other IT devices.
- Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and rental plans.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Market Research**:

- Research market trends and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities.
- Update knowledge on IT devices and rental solutions to stay competitive.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in Excell / CRM tools.
- Prepare and share weekly/monthly sales reports with the management team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- **IT Knowledge**: Proficiency in understanding and explaining IT devices such as laptops, desktops, and accessories.
- **Lead Generation Expertise**: Proven experience in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other digital channels for lead generation.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the rental industry or IT sales.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and online sales platforms.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in IT rentals or equipment leasing is a significant advantage.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
