The Corporate Quality Head will spearhead the strategic and operational quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites ensuring world-class standards in product reliability process excellence customer satisfaction Pivotal in driving quality transformation for Legacy and EV component production aligning with global automotive benchmarks and sustainability goals Strategic Leadership Define and implement a unified Quality Vision and Strategy across all plants Align quality goals with corporate objectives customer expectations and regulatory requirements Lead cross-functional quality governance for new product development launch and lifecycle management Multi-Plant Oversight Oversee Quality Assurance and Control across all manufacturing sites Standardize Quality Management Systems QMS including ISO 9001 IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 Ensure consistent application of PPAP APQP FMEA MSA SPC and CAPA methodologies Focus on Legacy EV Component Drive zero-defect culture in high-precision EV components such as battery modules connectors sensors and power electronics Collaborate with R D and Engineering to ensure design-for-quality in EV platforms Monitor EV-specific compliance e g RoHS REACH ISO 26262 for functional safety Performance Continuous Improvement Establish and track Quality KPIs PPM COPQ warranty claims audit scores Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve process capability Champion digital quality tools e g MES QMS software AI-based defect detection Stakeholder Engagement Interface with OEMs and Tier-1 customers on quality audits escalations and joint improvement programs Lead supplier quality development and strategic sourcing evaluations Present quality performance and risk assessments to executive leadership and board Leadership Position to head Corporate Quality and report into the COOLead Quality for 5 Manufacturing Sites for a leading Automo Component Suppl Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Master s in Engineering Mechanical Electrical Automotive preferred 15-20 years in automotive quality leadership with EV domain expertise Proven success in managing multi-site operations and global quality systems Certifications Six Sigma Black Belt Lead Auditor ISO IATF ASQ CQE Our client is a leading Automotive Component Supplier headquartered in Delhi-NCR and has multiple plants across India in addition to dedicated R D Centres Leadership Role Work Life Balance
