to lead our procurement function and ensure the timely sourcing of quality automotive components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process for automotive parts and components.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock, and reduce procurement costs.
  • Coordinate with the operations, sales, and finance teams to forecast demand and plan procurement schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, supplier consolidation, and value addition.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement/purchase management in the
    automobile/auto parts industry
    is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, supplier landscape, and automotive industry standards.
