to lead our branch and retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and managing overall profitability across assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple branches to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement retail strategies to enhance customer experience and branch performance.
  • Oversee branch operations, manpower allocation, and process efficiency.
  • Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and product movement to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Mentor and train branch teams to improve productivity and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • Mandatory experience in the automobile industry
    (spares, parts, or retail).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in handling multi-branch operations and achieving targets.
