The Opportunity

We're looking for a
strategic Operations Head
to lead our national project delivery across multiple verticals.

Your mission:
Ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and with WOW quality.

You'll manage
50 + sites
,
multi-disciplinary teams
, and implement
process-driven systems (Zoho Projects / KPI Dashboards / RAG Reviews)
to scale execution capacity 5×.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Electrical, Fire, HVAC, Plumbing & Solar projects.
  • Build and manage teams of vertical heads, site engineers, and supervisors.
  • Implement critical path schedules, budget controls, and real-time reporting.
  • Conduct weekly review meets with CMD and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive cost optimization to maintain
    25–30 % gross profit margins.
  • Coordinate with Finance & Procurement for cash-flow and material alignment.
  • Ensure quality, safety & client satisfaction standards are met at every site.


You Should Have

  • B.Tech / Diploma
    in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
  • 12–18 years
    of experience in MEPF / EPC / Infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of managing 30 + sites and PAN-India operations.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budget control, vendor sourcing, and manpower management.
  • Experience with Zoho Projects, Primavera or MS Project preferred.
  • Excellent leadership & communication skills with a process-driven mindset.
