Head of Operations

We are looking for a dynamic business leader to partner closely with the CEO and drive the next phase of growth for a fast-scaling QSR brand. This role will own day-to-day operations, P&L delivery, store expansion, quality standards, and cross-functional performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & P&L Leadership

  • Own the overall P&L for the business across regions.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, cost structures, and profitability targets.
  • Track financial performance and drive corrective action where needed.

2. Operations Excellence

  • Lead end-to-end store operations, ensure consistent customer experience and operational efficiency across all outlets.
  • Implement SOPs, quality standards, and process improvements across the network.
  • Drive kitchen operations, supply chain coordination, and inventory discipline.

3. Growth & Expansion

  • Lead the rollout of new stores—site identification, feasibility, launch readiness, and ramp-up.
  • Build and execute a scalable expansion roadmap in existing and new markets.
  • Evaluate new formats, menu innovations, and operational efficiencies.

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor regional managers, area managers, and store leadership teams.
  • Build a strong performance culture, drive capability development and succession planning.
  • Solve on-ground issues with a hands-on and data-driven approach.

5. Customer Experience

  • Ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction across dine-in, delivery, and takeaway.
  • Work closely with marketing for brand-building, customer insights, and loyalty programs.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, finance, HR, and technology to ensure cohesive business execution.
  • Lead operational readiness for new product launches.
  • Partner with the CEO on key strategic initiatives.

7. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to food safety, regulatory, EHS, and audit requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and drive cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles in QSR, food retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong exposure to multi-store operations and scalable retail formats.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering P&L results.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments preferred.
