Purchase Head
to lead our procurement function and ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely sourcing of automotive parts and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire procurement cycle for auto parts and materials.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and vendor management strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new suppliers, cost-saving opportunities, and quality improvements.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to align procurement with business needs.
  • Ensure timely availability of stock while keeping inventory levels optimized.
  • Maintain strict compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Mentor and guide the purchase team to ensure high performance.

Requirements:

  • Automobile industry experience is mandatory
    (auto parts, OEM, aftermarket, or related).
  • Proven track record in procurement, vendor development, and negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, costing, and inventory planning.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or procurement software.
