Job Description

Job Responsibilities

- Program Development: Design and implement gift card programs to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Partnership Management: Collaborate with corporate clients and partners to promote bulk gift card purchases for employee incentives and customer rewards.
- Sales Strategy: Develop strategies to boost gift card sales across various channels, including online platforms and retail outlets.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that highlight gift card offerings.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of gift card sales, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Customer Support Coordination: Ensure that customer service teams are well-equipped to handle inquiries and issues related to gift cards.

Key Skills And Qualifications

- Experience: Prior experience in product management, sales, or marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or travel industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors to tailor gift card programs accordingly.
