We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Lead to oversee the conception, development, and launch of our credit and debit card offerings. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the banking and cards ecosystem, product lifecycle management, and evolving customer needs.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product features, ensure seamless service delivery, drive market strategies, and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

">

  1. Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle management for credit and debit card offerings.

  2. Analyzing market trends and customer needs to provide data-driven inputs into the product roadmap.

  3. Developing product features, writing comprehensive functional requirements, and managing project implementation to ensure timely and successful product launches.

  4. Tracking and ensuring implementation of regulatory compliances and card network guidelines (e.g., from RBI, VISA, Mastercard, RuPay).

  5. Collaborating with engineering teams using Agile methodology to build high-quality card products.

  6. Developing and delivering innovative card-based solutions to support business growth.

  7. Working cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to execute integrated go-to-market strategies.

  8. Building and managing strong relationships with issuing and acquiring banks, card networks, fintech partners, and other stakeholders.

  9. Ensuring a seamless customer and partner experience through the optimization of both automated and manual processes.

  10. Managing end-to-end integration with card networks, banking partners, and vendors.

  11. Defining and evaluating new product ideas by leveraging internal capabilities and third-party solutions.

  12. Ensuring adherence to internal compliance policies and audit requirements across all card product offerings.

  13. Driving key initiatives to completion, consistently meeting performance indicators and business targets.

  14. Monitoring key metrics such as success rates, transaction volumes, and customer satisfaction across card products.

  15. Conducting regular market analysis to stay informed on competitor offerings and innovations in the card payments space.

  16. Fostering strong relationships within the industry and actively engaging with card networks on pilots and new feature rollouts.
