Job Description Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) / Business Development Executive Digital Marketing Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Domain: B2B Sales Digital Marketing Travel: Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company Position Overview We are seeking energetic and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and a passion for client acquisition and relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and aligning their needs with our digital solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation: Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and digital channels. - Client Acquisition & Conversion: Conduct client meetings and presentations to convert leads into long-term partnerships. - Needs Analysis: Understand client marketing goals and recommend suitable digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, etc.). - Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals. - Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations. - Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery. - Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion data using CRM and internal tracking tools. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: - 12 years of relevant experience 25,00030,000/month (12 openings) - 6 months 1 year of experience 20,00025,000/month - Internship/Fresher (with strong communication skills) 15,00020,000/month - Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, etc.). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage). - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field/client meetings. - Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Compensation - Salary Range: 15,000 30,000 per month (based on experience and performance). - Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
