Job Description Job description Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Odisha (FMCG Food Division) HQ: Bhubaneswar Region: Entire Odisha Reporting To: National Sales Head / General Manager Sales CTC: Maximum gross up to 15 LPA + Allowance Job Objective: To lead and expand the companys FMCG food business across Odisha by driving sales growth, strengthening distribution networks, and launching new products effectively in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve business targets across Odisha. - Develop, expand, and manage the distribution network with effective distributor and sales team appointments. - Build and maintain strong contacts and rapport with key trade partners, wholesalers, and retailers. - Lead new product launches in the Odisha market with effective market activation plans. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends. - Motivate, train, and guide the field sales team to ensure productivity and goal achievement. - Ensure optimum stock management, visibility, and market coverage. - Strengthen the companys market position through strategic initiatives and brand-building efforts. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably with specialization in Marketing or Sales. - Minimum 15 years of experience in FMCG food brands, with a proven track record as Regional Sales Manager. - In-depth knowledge of the Odisha market with strong trade and channel relationships. - Hands-on experience in distributor appointments, team building, and market expansion. - Experience in new product launches within the region. - Age: Up to 45 years.
